Payment is due in full on arrival for your Half Day, Day or Sunset Tour.
If you cancel your Half Day, Day or Sunset Tour with more than 24 hours notice you will be charged a 25% administration fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your tour the full amout of the tour will be charged.
If we cancel a Half Day, Day or Sunset Tour, a full refund is given.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any Half Day, Day or Sunset Tours.

A Non Refundable 25% will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation.

You have 10 days prior to the day of Explorer or Guided Rental Tour, to cancel your reservation for a full refund, minus the Non Refundable 25% charge.
If you cancel within 9 days or less, the total cost of the tour will be applied to your Credit Card.

Each participant is required to fully fill out a liability release form and medical form. Forms must be received by Discovery Sea Kayaks prior to tour departure. These forms will be sent out once we receive your deposit.
Discovery Sea Kayaks reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In such a case, a full refund of the cost of the trip is given and we will find you another outfitter offering a similar trip and date. Discovery Sea Kayaks is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparation for the trip including non-refundable airline tickets, medical expenses, equipment etc.
