San Juan Island Guided Cycling Tour

San Juan Island Island a popular cycling destination. We offer one day guided bike tours of the San Juans. We have selected the best riding destinations to provide the best experience. It is difficult to find a one-day biking tour on San Juan Island. So we have specifically designed the tour around one day of exploration.
The Tours
American Camp Bike and Hiking Tour
Departing from our shop at 9am we head to the south end of San Juan Island to the American Camp National Historical Park. The ride out covers around 9 miles over rolling hills. Once we arrive at the Park there will be a short break then a short hike. Hike down towards the water coving while learning about the early history and how the American military camp came to be. The open grasslands allow amazing views of the Olympic Mountain across the lower end of the Haro Strait. As we head back to town we have an optional 2.5 mile ride past False Bay, a beautiful country road that should not be missed.

Time Required: Approximately 5 hours
Lime Kiln Bike Tour and Lighthouse Hike
Lime Kiln State Park is the most popular destination on the island. Well known for being one of the best places in the world to see killer whales from the shoreline, guest congregate to the park in hopes on a shoreline encounter. The ride out covers approximately 9 miles passing through beautiful San Juan Valley and out along West Side Road. The terrain has rolling hills with one hill challenge mid ride. We will stop for a short break along West Side Road to catch our breath and enjoy ocean views. From there it is a short ride to Lime Kiln State Park where we will hike the water front trail to the lighthouse. On our way back to town we will have an optional stop at the Lavender Farm.
Total Mileage: 18 – 24 Miles
Time Required: Approximately 5 hours
The Options
The tours are divided into two tour categories. Traditional Road Bikes and Electric Assist Bikes. We do not mix traditional bikes with road bikes. We will mix bike styles for a private groups only.

1 – 2 Guests: $90 per person plus tax
3 – 4 Guests: $80 per person plus tax

Electric Bikes
1 – 2 Guests: $120 per person tax
3 – 4 Guests: $100 per person plus tax
